Changes in society day by day cause the increase and diversification of health problems. Nursing care needs to change and develop in the increasing and changing health problems. Today, the solution of health problems is possible with the application of evidence-based nursing care and nurses who can work in team cooperation. Nursing care should be given in a way that respects human dignity, values people and is safe.

As a nursing department, our aim in education is; As an active member of the health team in all health institutions and organizations, he knows his roles and responsibilities at national and international level, is aware of his professional values, follows the necessary current changes in his angel, educates himself according to new conditions, thinks critically in line with scientific approaches, has developed problem solving skills, and adheres to professional ethical principles. Our mission is to train nurses who are committed, fulfilling their professional duties in the best way, and who serve in every field needed by the society in a foresighted and sensitive way.

Our graduates who successfully complete our department are clinicians in all public and private institutions providing preventive and curative health services, hospitals, health institutions providing outpatient diagnosis and treatment, schools, workplace health units, institutions providing home care services, nursing homes and rehabilitation centers for the elderly. can work as a manager or trainer as a nurse. In addition, after graduation, they can participate in graduate education programs and receive science expertise and doctorate degrees and can work as an academician in universities.
